How to Register

Admission to Private Label & Licensing Middle East is free of charge for trade visitors.

Registration is compulsory for entry and visitors have 2 options for registration:

Online Registration: This is the most convenient registration option that helps you avoid standing in queues, waiting and filling up forms to enter the exhibition.

On-site Registration: On the days of the show, registration counters and writing desks will be placed outside select halls. Please note your business card is mandatory in order to gain entrance.The exhibition is only open to trade visitors.

Admissions Policy

  • Registration is compulsory for entry.
  • The badge gives free unlimited access also to the co-located events: Private Label & Licensing Middle East, yummex Middle East, SEAFEX Middle East and Gulfood Manufacturing
  • Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Anyone obtaining visitor or exhibitor badges by theft, deception or other illegal means may be asked to leave the event.
  • Anyone attending the exhibition should carry some form of photo ID (passport, photo-ID driving license, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organiser, which the Organiser may ask to see.
  • Anyone attending the exhibition must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt the exhibition or conference.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from The Events for Speciality Food Professionals and from Dubai World Trade Centre who does not comply with this policy, or whom they reasonably consider to be likely to break these rules.
  • Trolley bags will not be permitted inside the exhibition halls.
  • Important: Children below the age of 21 are not allowed to enter the exhibition halls

By Metro

The Dubai Metro’s red line ‘World Trade Centre Station’ serves the exhibition centre.

The Metro enables you to avoid traffic congestion and arrive to DWTC in a timely fashion. The route connects the exhibition centre with Dubai International Aiport and all major stops throughout the city. Trains run every seven minutes to all major business, tourist and residential areas. Car parking facilities area available on the Red Line at Rashidiya (2700 Spaces) and Nakheel Harbour & Towers (3000 spaces) and on the Green Line Etisalat (3000 car park spaces).

Dubai’s bus network is the most well-connected public transport option available.

Travel tickets:
To travel on the Metro and public buses within Dubai you must buy a Nol card or a Nol ticket, available at all metro stations and select bus stations.

Taxis are plentiful and affordable in Dubai and operated by RTA through five companies (denoted by different colour roofs). All RTA taxis are metered at the same rate, with the exception of the ‘pink’ ladies-only cabs for which there is a small surcharge. To book a taxi from any pick up point of your choice call 04 208 0808 (24hrs, operated in Arabic and English). At the Exhibition Venue, there are 2 taxi drop-offs: opposite Ibis Hotel and in front of Zabeel Hall entrance. Taxi pick-up point is located opposite Ibis Hotel.

Rental cars are available from car rental companies for visitors with international driving license. Driving in the UAE is on the right-hand side. If you are coming with your own car, you have the options of free and paid parking. See the Parking section for more details.
