With over 31 years of experience in the FMCG sector and leadership roles in major multinational companies, Mitri Haddad has a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence through distributor route-to-market strategies. Currently, he serve as the Head of MEA & APAC regions at Bahlsen GmbH & Co, where he manages strategic planning, sales, and marketing across diverse markets using distributor management processes.
Previously, he was the General Manager at Beiersdorf and Vice President of Sales and General Manager at Henkel Beauty Division. He also served as Managing Partner at NUMU Group, where he supported global players with route-to-market and entry planning into MEA and APAC regions.
Holder of an MBA from Bradford University and a BS in Business Marketing from Lebanese American University, his career highlights include numerous profit turnarounds through growth and transformational leadership.
