With intensive knowledge of both local businesses and export markets, Cagdas has a proven track record in building international strategies for developing countries. His career encompasses extensive experience in emerging markets as well as developed markets.

Cagdas began his career at Danone, gaining expertise in sales, trade marketing, and business development in Turkey. His leadership roles at BP and Bel Turkey involved driving growth and strategic initiatives across various markets where he excelled in trade marketing, sales, and business development for both local & export markets.

In HARIBO, Cagdas initially managed sales in the Middle East and Africa before advancing to a key role in HARIBO's Developing Countries division in Luxembourg. His focus was on sales development and trade marketing, playing a crucial part in the company's market expansion and development. Since 2022, Cagdas has been based in Dubai, serving as the Chief Commercial Officer for HARIBO Middle East & North Africa. In this role, he continues to leverage his extensive experience and strategic vision to drive commercial success across the region.
