Burcu Yazici is a seasoned executive with extensive marketing and strategic leadership experience across Turkey, CIS, KSA, GCC, Egypt, Levant, and Africa markets. As a visionary leader, Burcu excels in setting strategic direction, developing organizational structure, and delivering impactful results. Currently, Burcu serves as the Senior Category Director, Cereals in MENAT & SSA at Kellanova, based in Dubai. Over her decade-long tenure at Kellogg Company, she has held several key leadership roles, including Senior Commercial Director, General Manager, Country Director, Commercial Director, Marketing Director, and Marketing Manager. Prior to Kellogg, Burcu was the Head of Marketing in Kazakhstan and held various marketing positions at Schwarzkopf & Henkel Turkey. Her passion lies in integrating consumer insights into strategic planning. In Kazakhstan, she developed growth strategies for nine countries, achieving market leadership in the Kazakhstan Personal Care Market through strategic brand focus, portfolio optimization, and localized initiatives. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. With her experience and strategic vision, Burcu Yazici continues to drive growth and excellence at Kellanova, contributing to the company’s success in the Middle East and Africa region.
