EACCIA partners with Prime Expo to promote African trade opportunities
The East African Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (EACCIA) has been in existence since September 2005, when it was legally incorporated in Nairobi, Kenya. It was formally launched in Arusha,Tanzania, in February 2006 with its main objective being to lobby for the creation of a conducive environment for cross border trade and investment, within the context of the East African Community protocols.
EACCIA has joined Prime Expo as Supporting Partner and will be sharing the myriad of African trade opportunities with visitors at the show this October at Dubai World Trade Centre.
EACCIA is headquartered in Tanzania and aims to increase cross border trade, in light of the EAC regional integration process. EACCIA also promotes Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), particularly those that can be applied to the development of infrastructure in the Eastern Africa region. It also has a membership category which targets corporates operating across national borders, or intending to venture into the larger Eastern Africa market.
