Produced from ripe, locally sourced Egyptian tomatoes, our concentrate is processed through advanced hot break and cold break methods to preserve the natural richness, vibrant color, and intense flavor of the fruit.
Available in three Brix levels—Hot Break (28–30%), Cold Break (28–30%), and Cold Break (36–38%)—our tomato concentrate is highly versatile and tailored to meet a broad range of industrial applications. It’s the ideal base for pasta sauces, pizza toppings, soups, dips, ketchups, and savory spreads.
To ensure optimal safety and extended shelf life, MAFI uses state-of-the-art pasteurization, cooling, and aseptic filling processes. The product is packed in 220kg aseptic steel drums with a 24-month shelf life when stored in dry conditions at +10°C, ensuring logistical efficiency and convenience for global distributors and food processors.
Our production is supported by a long harvesting window—spanning January to March, May to August, and December—allowing for a steady and reliable supply chain throughout the year.
