Dr. Arif Kalantar

Dr. Arif Kalantar is an accomplished executive advisor, innovation leader, and scientific expert with extensive multidisciplinary experience in strategic management, research and development, forensic science, and industrial innovation. He currently serves as Advisor to the Director General at the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), contributing to strategic initiatives, institutional development, and innovation.
His distinguished career includes 16 years as a Forensic Expert and 10 years at the Borouge Innovation Centre, where he gained extensive experience in scientific research, technological advancement, and innovation management.
Dr. Kalantar holds a BSc in Agricultural Science, an MSc in Forensic Science, a PhD in Human Genetic Diseases, and an MBA. His unique combination of scientific expertise, industrial experience, and executive leadership enables him to bridge science, innovation, and business strategy to drive organizational excellence and sustainable growth.
