Claire Kanj is an entrepreneur, designer, and the visionary founder behind Marsh'n’mallow, a Dubai-based brand redefining artisan confectionery.
Inspired by her roots in design and visual storytelling, Claire set out to create an entirely new dessert experience in the region. From her home kitchen's initial 'sugar-dusted laboratory' to testing products at local markets, she successfully scaled Marsh'n'mallow into a premium brand featuring over 30 handcrafted SKUs—including rocky roads, fluff, specialty ice creams, and bespoke corporate creations.
Deeply embedded in the UAE’s food and events scene, Claire frequently collaborates with luxury retail partners and high-profile brands for interactive activations and workshops.
