• Overseeing manufacturing operations in Dubai, Oman, Kenya, Egypt, and India. Key Achievements • Grew international revenue manifold by focusing and driving growth in a few core markets.
• Grew profits 2 x faster than revenues: Business is now benchmarked with the top decile of FMCG organizations globally
• Launched local manufacturing units in Egypt, Kenya, and Nepal; thereby securing market leadership in Nepal and penetrating competitive markets like Egypt and Kenya.
• Recognized for consistent brand performance, achieving Top 3 biscuit brand status in UAE and receiving the ET Best Brand UAE Award.
• Expanded market presence to Africa, Central America, and South America, adding USD 3M revenue from these regions annually.
