Reka Oil was established in April 2010, Reka Oil's headquarter is in Istanbul and the factory is in Thrace region. As of August 2017, the major shares of Reka Oil were purchased by the owners of BIM, who has the highest market share in organized retail sector in Turkey. Reka Oil's core business is to crush, refine, trade and distribute agricultural commodities and Reka Oil focuses mainly on sun seed. Reka Oil is one of the key suppliers of the well-known sun flower oil brands in Turkey. Our Factory, is Turkey’s biggest integrated plant, is at Muratli/Tekirdag, which is placed in Turkey’s largest sunflower and rapeseed cultivation area. It has an optimum distance to railroad (1.5 km) and port locations (23 km) which generates logistic advantage in import from main oilseed countries such as Bulgaria, Ukraine and Russia. Our factory has high technology equipped laboratory. Our quality certificates are; ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 and HELAL Certificate. Our Factory has; 190.000 m² open area, 50.000 m² closed area, 70.000 tons storage capacity for oilseed and 50.000 tons storage capacity for oil and Reka Oil owns Turkey's largest integrated edible oil plant with 2.100 tons/day crushing, 1.100 tons/day refinery and 1.500 tons/day bottling capacity.
