With over 480 employees and a state-of-the-art 2-production lines, its production capacity reaches 144 tons/day for pasta, 50 tons/day for spaghetti and 72 tons/day for couscous. Kayna uses 100 percent Canadian origin durum wheat Pasta (CWAD 1)with high yellow index, ensuring premium quality. All products are manufactured under the FSSC 22000 quality system, are Kosher-certified and registered with the FDA for the U.S. market.
