Futehally Outsourcing Private Limited (FOPL) offers toll-manufacturing and private label for ketchup, sauces and mayonnaise, and personal care products in a custom designed and built manufacturing facility. The two manufacturing units for each category of products are independent facilities served by a common utilities infrastructure. The facility and equipment have been designed and fabricated with a core focus on Hygienic Processing. All auxiliary and control equipment in the foods plant have been procured from Alfa Laval and all product contact parts are made from SS316L. The mayonnaise plant is fully automated and has recipe based addition of ingredients via load cell mounted storage tanks. Similarly, the mixers for personal care product processing are equipped with next generation helical mixing and two-stage bottom homogenizer systems for better mixing of ingredients leading to fully emulsified product. The cleaning of entire processing skids, transfer pumps, connecting lines and filling machine hoppers in both foods and personal care sections is done by automatic CIP system to ensure micro-free hygienic cleaning. The packaging facility at each unit is equipped to handle diversified pack formats, including plastic bottles, jars, tubes and sachets for personal care and stand up pouches for sauces and mayonnaise, with provisions available for addition of new formats and capacities. A cold room in the foods packaging hall allows for rapid cooling of pouches filled with hot ketchup or sauce. A fully equipped laboratory and micro-lab allow FOPL to perform the requisite analytical and microbiological tests for its range of products. The lab also has a separate product development section which is equipped with mixers to replicate the full scale processing parameters. This gives FOPL the capability to collaborate with customers and develop customized recipes based on their requirements.
