Sunflower oil deodistillate is a by-product of refining. It is obtained 100% from Sunflower Oil and distillate is generally rich in free fatty acids, tocopherols, sterol and sterol esters, squalene, terpenic and aliphatic alcohols, mono-, di- and triglycerides, degradation products of fatty acids, aldehydes and ketones. Economically important fatty acids, squalene, sterol and tocopherol are obtained from deodorization distillate and it is suitable for use in feed, soap production and oleo chemistry industry
