KESAR GHEVAR
Kesar Ghevar is a traditional disc-shaped Indian sweet made from a batter of maida(flour), ghee and milk which is then deep fried to create a crispy, spongy honeycomb like texture. It is soaked in a sugar syrup infused with fragrant saffron (kesar), and garnished with nuts like almonds and pistachios and rose water, offering a rich festive taste particularly popular during the Teej and Raksha Bandhan festivals.
